Our Association strives for the right fixation & development in Construction supervision system, Investigating the improvement plan of Housing Supervision(Housing Construction Promotion Law) applied in over Public Construction affairs of 300 Households apartment house, Architect Supervision(Building Law) applied in Public Construction affairs of Facilities for Multiple use and Other Supervision-related Rules and Systems including Responsibility Supervision(Construction Technology Management Law) applied in Over Regular Scale Construction works which are ordered from Public Institutes such as government, Local autonomous entity. It also strives for suggesting the development direction of Native Supervision Systems through the investigation of the developed Foreign Supervision-Related systems.

Our Association expands the businesses such as the development & spread of the accomplishment procedures of Supervision works by fields, Drawing-up and spread of Supervision Work Check-List(Supervision Handbook), the actual investigation of supervision spot, announcement in Outstanding Supervision examples, excavation of outstanding supervisors, prizes about them, and all kinds of Supervision Education for the efficient accomplishment of Supervision works and the improvement in Supervisor's accomplishment ability of them.

Our Association supports the works of Supervision firms, obtains sanction from Specialized Supervision Education Institutes for improving Supervisors' Supervision practice ability and executes all kinds of various Educations related to Supervision. It executes special opening lectures which are often executed under the necessity like commentary educations according to the improvement in all kinds of Rules and systems ,commission education to be executed by our entrusting a group with employees education of KCA from Member's firm or its related institute, the development in education program for preparing the introduction of new systems and Supervision spot Management Method Practice course Education by Engineering works or Architect corresponding to court education, etc. It also examines the development in Educational Program for the education by the internet.

Our Association holds New year exchange meeting in the field of Supervision and KCA start-up commemoration event around KCA start-up commemoration day as the cycle of 2~3 days for promoting friendship and strengthening relations between Member's Firms, strives for hearing and reflecting various opinions of member's firm related to KCA Administration at Regular general meeting which is held on February, every year and often executes all kinds of Member's firm-oriented pollings. Also, it produces and provides Member's list of name for the convenience of mutual works between member's firms every year, and its officials pay a round visit by Regions and hold the friendship events with the local Members. It gathers wisdom for the solution of problems related to KCA Administration & Supervision field.

Our Association focuses on its international interchange activities in expanding the work activity field of Member's Firm to overseas according to Internationalization era. It investigates and compares Supervision-related systems of each of foreign countries, holds U.S CM foundation president invitation bull session. It investigates the work contents and cost levels of Foreign Supervision firms which push into the interior of our country, compares them with domestic Supervision firms, promotes International Supervision & Construction Safety-related Seminars with Seoul National University of Technology continuously and drive forward Interchange between Foreign Construction & Supervision-related groups including CMAA and China Construction Supervision Association aggressively. It will expand the detailed activities for developing the overseas markets.

Our association does its best to inform you of and correct wrongs of these cases when the rights & interests of Supervision Firms is unduly curtailed or cancelled in all kinds of amendment processes of statutes or the appraisal of results of Supervision works is unreasonable. Also, it concentrates its effort on foreign public information activities for the purpose of raising General public's understanding about supervision and inform them of the positive results of Supervision works as preliminary prevention activities in order not to have these cases and promotes many businesses to be informed of the importance of Supervision with Consumers and Civil groups.

Our association provides Supervisors including member's firms with various information & data, publishes construction supervision bulletin monthly as the public information to be informed of Associations and Supervision firms and distributes it at the supervision spots, construction corporations, Schools, qualified institute and group, etc. This Bulletin publishes columns, technical dissertation, Supervision Practice examples, Analysis and prospect of Supervision-related data, KCA news and public matters, Supervision statistical data with poets, essays and rambling criticism and can be participated by the people who has interested in it including general public. With these, it produces and distributes the construction Supervision Newsletter.
Our associate summarizes and guides the development & supervision news of it in this Newsletter, summarizes the activity details of KCA and news
of each Supervision-related firms in it and concentrates on guiding these facts and expand the width of public information in it.
