Para. 2 of Art.36 of Construction Technology Management Law(promulgating as Item 4562 on June 11, 1993)
 

The purpose is to promote the maintenance of dignity, the protection of rights and interests, the mutual cooperation, aim at the healthy rearing and development of Construction Supervision Services through improvements in the Supervision systems and works and the investigation, study and development of Construction Technology and contribute to the public interest.
 
5th Nov., 1993 : The inaugural meeting Of KCA

6th Nov., 1993 : Starting the businesses of KCA.

10th Jan., 1994: The confirmation of Establishment of KCA.
