We call Supervisor the person to engage in specialized supervision form and perform the responsibility supervision work.
 
Supervisors are classified into chief supervisor, supervisor and supervisor assistant according to the extent of technical qualification, scholastic ability and career by individual. The standards by class are as follows.

 1. The person who have performed the works related to construction work over
10 years as the one to hold professional engineer or architect qualification

2. The person who have performed the works related to engineer over 19 years
as the one to hold engineer qualification

3. The person who have performed the works related to construction work over
22 years as the one to hold industrial engineer qualification
- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 14 years as the one to hold Doctorate

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 19 years as the one to hold Master's Degree

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 22 years as the one to hold Bachelor's Degree

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 25 years as the graduates from college

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 28 years as the graduates from High School.

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 4 years as the one to hold Doctorate

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 9 years as the one to hold Master's Degree

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 12 years as the one to hold Bachelor's Degree

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 15 years as the graduates from college

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 18 years as the graduates from High School.
Assistant
Supervisor

1. acquisitor of engineer qualification

2. The person who have performed the works related to construction work over 2 years as the one to hold industrial engineer qualification.
ㆍThe person to hold Master's Degree or
Doctorate

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 2 years as the one to hold Bachelor's Degree

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 5 years as the graduates from college

- The person who have performed the works related to construction work for 8 years as the graduates from High School.
 
The Incompetent or Quasi-Competent

The person who wasn't reinstated as the one who was declared bankrupt

He/She committed a crime related to Construction Technology Management Law, Building Law, Architect law, Housing Construction Promotion Law, National Security Law, National Technology Qualification Law or Criminal Law and was sentenced to punishment above imprisonment. Three years haven't passed since it wa s decided that it wouldn't be completed or he/she wouldn't be sentenced to it. And He/She was also sentenced to stay of execution and is among the suspension of sentence.

Two years haven't passed since Technology Qualification was cancelled according to National Technology Qualification Law. These people can't become a supervisor, either.
